Digital personnel file

The windream digital personnel file combines HR administration functions with optimal process control.
It is the base for a complete digitalization of the personnel file with the legally compliant long-term archiving in the background.
On the one hand, a comprehensive authorization concept protects all sensitive data and documents, on the other hand, personal information can also be automatically deleted in accordance with data protection requirements.

The QM extension for windream offers the QM department, in addition to the administration and distribution of documents, the possibility to completely automate the entire process from design to subsequent testing and approval. The system itself generates, based on international guidelines, documentation to prove the compliance. The further distribution of the current document versions to the employees concerned is also logged for audit purposes. The employees themselves are assured that only the valid version of a document is available to them.

Contract management

With the extensive possibilities of the windream ECM, a modern contract management can be implemented quickly and flexibly.
Basic functions such as storing, searching and distributing are complemented by template management, digital approval workflows and deadline monitoring.

Skalierbare Komplettlösung für das Rechnungsmanagement

Pronobis Forms 1.5 freigegeben
