Users can set up virtual views of any shape and depth by themselves with a click of the mouse. Documents that are assigned to multiple criteria (e.g. project name, cost center) also appear accordingly assigned in the different structures. The view results are displayed as usual in Windows Explorer, in Outlook or also in the web client.
Simply click through your customer file according to your own needs – broken down by country, order type and customer name or in another case by year, order status and sales staff or perhaps also by release status and order number. Multiple assignment of a document
Do you want to assign a document to several customers, suppliers, cost centers or projects without storing multiple copies?
You only save these documents or e-mails once in windream. Unlimited multiple assignments can be inserted in the document attributes and the documents can thus be linked to a wide variety of files or combined views. Based on the access rights, these documents also appear in the correct place in the dynamic views.
